I’m interested in an expansion on this. How do companies truly “thrive” with so many competing interests from separate departments, budgets, and values? Leadership is a less tangible term than most documentation can prove. Where are the checks and balances in proper systems for making disagreeable “right” decisions? Nice thought piece. I’d read more.
